PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE –

ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIALIST IV – Williams Atlantic Gulf and Gulf Coast Petrochemical Pipelines Williams, Houston, TX 4/2013 to Present

Management of all air compliance and permitting activities at 15 Title V facilities in PA and LA as well as overall environmental compliance for 600 miles of purity product pipelines in southeastern TX (1/2017).

Leader of all compliance programs for 1,850 miles of natural gas liquid and petrochemical pipeline operations spanning 5 states (4/2013 to 1/2017).

Developed and standardized enterprise level environmental management procedures in support of corporate restructuring and integration of acquired businesses.

Managed all environmental programs at the world’s largest aviation tire manufacturing plant. The facility was comprised of two and one half million square feet of manufacturing space, 700 acres of real estate, at a unionized facility employing over 2,500 associates.

Designed and installed equipment to eliminate stormwater, and SPCC exposures. The design became a corporate standard, required to be used at Goodyear plants utilizing similar mixing equipment.

Managed the ISO14001 program and improvements.

Championed solvent usage reductions and reclaim process utilization in the manufacturing process. o Slashed VOC emissions by 20%, and hazardous waste generation by 50% simultaneously.

Reduced waste disposal spending by 5% annually while maintaining “Zero Waste to Landfill” status of plant.

Supervised hourly plant safety personnel for 6 months during a vacancy in the plant Safety Manager’s position.

Reduced environmental contractor spending by 15%.

Spearheaded the reduction of false indications of non compliance by 99% through mapping and implementing proper logic sequencing in plant automated data acquisition systems.

Created the tools methodology used to complete regulatory data reviews and reporting, reduced review time by 90%.

Developed and submitted Annual Compliance Certifications, Annual Emission Inventories, Quarterly and Semi annual Title V Deviation Reports, MACT Compliance Certifications, Tier 2, Form R, Annual and Biennial Waste Reports, Storm Water and Industrial Discharge Monitoring Reports.
