Manages child support cases for the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office on a daily bases. Prepare documents to be filed by the Civil Courts in a timely manner, also, making sure that payments are being made on a monthly basis.

Maintain a lead base of 900 plus cases.

Schedule meetings and conference calls with parties to evaluate their cases, solve any issues, and ensure documents were accurately completed.

Advise clients on what type of action if any is being done and what will be the result.
