-At the Bridgeville facility, reduced inventory assets from $15.5 to $12.7 million which increased inventory turns from 3 to 4 and decreased cost of goods sold by 19%.
-Achieved a cost savings of $660,000 by improving the one type of raw material used to make tool steel melt.
