JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project planning Management

Supervising entire gamut of civil & interior finishes activities in with forwarders, clients, subcontractors & designers.

Handling deadlines, budgets procurement, resource planning, deployment, contracting, operations, finishes, vendor management, planning, monitoring and coordination for ensuring smooth flow of activities of project.

Ensuring the operations to be within cost & time norms; participating in project review meetings for evaluating projects progress.

Monitoring & controlling the projects with respect to physical progress, time, contract compliance and quality compliance, to ensure execution of projects within the set time as well as cost parameters.

Conducting negotiation & kick off meetings for executing civil & interior finishes works in direct tenders or turnkey basis.

Site & Construction Management

Identifying, quantifying critical and non-critical risk areas, mitigating & suggesting measures to minimize the impact of risk, monitoring status of risk throughout the project.

Inspecting project sites to review progress and identifying hindrances. Suggesting corrective actions to facilitate smooth & fast progress.

Anchoring on-site construction activities as per the given drawings to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.

Inspecting field sites to observe and evaluate condition and operability of facilities and structures, and to collect field survey data and measurements.

Understanding the drawings, planning the work, contract dealings as well as consultant dealings.

Organise to maintain the records of material requirements and material consumption as well as documentation about the project (QA/QC); preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Resource Planning & Control and Operations.

Planning the Resources, identifying Resource needs & timely deployment of resources.

Monitoring & control of resource utilization and productivity, to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Preparing of cost estimates for various projects to be executed.

Tracking the actual incurred costs to have control.

Contract Administration & Vendor Management

Over views the procurement of construction works and equipment in accordance with the procurement plan.

Interpretation of contractual obligations & rights and evaluation of Technical problems for Management reporting.

Co-ordination among consultants, contractors and clients.

Managing provision of design information to clarify documentation. Finalization of requirements

Projections of monthly project cash flows including Value of work done, forecast of value of work done, change order, certified expenditure.

Checking of contract security and insurances, and acts as overall superintendent of the contracts including certifying payments, contract closure, authorising extension of time and variations.
