Served as an analyst in DC10 for ICP effort. created and scripted a post CAB 3 recommendation documentation for hand off of the content component library(CCL).
Acted as a liaison between DC-10 and the Tridion Team. Tridion is a content management system that is being used to support in-Language translations for all ICP efforts.
Lead and created a global back log issue tracker that served as a template to track open issues and its status across all DC's.
