• Key Results – Saved approximately $50,000 in annual labor costs, $4,080 annual rental costs, and increased revenue of up to $40,000 by sorting and selling red tagged items. Reduced response time to customers by sorting and converting truck into a portable studio unit. Reduced amount of storage space used by means of efficient inventory control.

• Sorted all equipment using lean methodology to create an efficient workflow.

• Key Results – Reduced testing time in-turn reducing production per unit leading to process improvement, value stream mapping.

• Conducted detailed analysis of entire production life cycle of industrial grid water valves. Performed value stream mapping to determine time wastages such as human, machine layout and reduced the production per unit by 3 minutes leading to process improvement by 6%.

• Implemented lean management including for optimization of machinery and manpower reducing the idle-time of workers, improved overall process leading to production increase by 9 units.

• Mapped the current state of production process which showed maximum time spent in testing. Identified laser testing which would reduce the testing time per unit from 20 mins to 5-7 mins.

• Delta Robot: Designed and fabricated a three axis delta robot using Arduino Board to program.

• Design of Humanoid Arm in CATIA: I designed a humanoid arm during my special course in design using CATIA which had about 35-40 sub- components.

• Calibration of an Electron-beam Vaporization system :It was individual project where my job was to calibrate the sensor which is used to measure the thickness of a thin crystal and interface it with the PC to get various parameters of the crystal Substrate such as frequency,mass,rate of deposition,run-time.
