IT Manager 2015 – March 2017

Responsible for delivering highly available, stable and secure applications with a focus on Point of Sale (POS) systems, back office and audio and video (AV) element support.

Managed all IT systems used to support the following Legends operations: Food & Beverage, merchandise, special events, suite catering, tours, culinary, and finance.

Ensured replacement of defective POS and related hardware.

Planned, prepared and coordinated hardware and software upgrades and patches.

Major projects include: PCI compliance at LA Memorial Coliseum, merchandising POS plan for Anaheim Angels Stadium, food and beverage POS plan for Legends venues, and coordination of new POS rollout for Anaheim Angels Stadium and LA Memorial Coliseum.
