Summary
Delta introduced a new set of refreshed plans for their Delta care individual enrollees and they want to sunset their old plans. Enrolle Plan transfer allows existing enrollees in the old plans to be able to sign up for the new plans without a gap in coverage/double coverage. The effective date for the new plan should follow immediately after their old policy terminates. Also, there should be no cap on the enrollment, as long as the dependents are eligible to be added to the plan. EPT alerts current enrollees of old DeltaCare plans, who have enrolled before Dec 2016 that their current plan is ending, offer quotes for available plans, compare and see plan details and allow enrollees to change/edit personal information during purchase flow, show policy before purchase and recapture agreement to authorization system (signature). System needs to be able to automatically terminate members that don’t re-enroll on the new plans based on their original termination date.

Summary
This project includes building the Cover Oregon Archive System (CORE) and the Medicaid Tax Reporting System (METS). The primary requirement for the CORE application is 1095A changes and reporting and providing a view of the cases and policies that were managed under Cover Oregon for the coverage year 2014. The Medicaid Tax Reporting System (METS) will support the functionality needed to report healthcare coverage to the IRS for individuals covered under the Medicaid plan. The METS system will import all qualified records from MMIS and support filtering, sorting and changes needed to print and report the 1095B statements.
