Plan, coordinate, and monitor operational IT Services activities of PT. Bank BTPN, Tbk and its branches in accordance with IT best practices, policies, Standard Operating Procedure and SLA.

Establish technical standards manual and operating in order to open new branches and relocation, form a clear operational standard both in operation and configuration.

Create a work plan in the form of resource planning and time frame to implement latest hardware and software technology refreshment at PT. Bank BTPN, Tbk and branches in accordance with the company's business needs.

To monitor IT Services process implementation that covers all client computer, hardware and software to ensure the availability of IT services in accordance with the plan.

Ensuring the safety use of network, data and hardware in order to maintain the security of data and information at branches.

Provide technical advice that includes the selection of computing technology, hardware, software, mass and rapid deployment strategy to leaders, in the process of implementation and infrastructure development.

Conduct IT awareness training (security, Email, Patches, Etc) for all user at branches, preventive maintenance and project, maintain IT performance and continue IT services.

Documentation of IT Inventory (hardware, software and Licence)

Consolidate of software and hardware package installation with Vendor Management.

Supporting and deploying new service based on PT. Bank BTPN, Tbk SDLC process and project management.

Project Achievements:

• Relocate and monitor BTPN Infrastructure (KC and KCP at all branches in order to support BTPN business to increase its business profit).

• Relocate and monitor Infrastructure learning centre BTPN Bandung to Jakarta in order to make IT Personnel easier to have training .

• Moving RTGS system from Gunung Sahari to Gedung Menara Prima office (Data Center Location ) also fulfilling compliance of Central Bank.

• Relocate Mini DC (Data Centre) which was existing in Branch to Central Data Centre in order to centralize the maintenance of IT Resources.
