Submits over 200% of the minimum IOI (Improvements of Interest) requirements used to document improvements to manufacturing processes.

Overall responsible for all EDMS, EDMW, Nd:YAG laser drilling, and laser welding production machines and operations.

oPerform DOEs and develop new production processes for the successful completion of FAI approvals and increased FPY.

oUses 3D printing technologies to assist in prototyping new concepts when needed.

Developed an innovative, electrically isolated, bent wire guide for EDMW operations.

oAllowed the wire to bend around two 90 degree turns without loss of integrity or conductivity.

oPerformed the necessary research and development of machine components, techniques, and hardware to create a successful process.

Created an optical alignment and maintenance SOP for Nd:YAG laser drilling.
