Worked short-term projects migrating Lotus Notes to Microsoft Exchange mail systems. Also, took part in a short-term project migrating Sun Solaris servers to Red Hat Enterprise 4 operating system. A recent project entailed installing racks of Dell 8650 servers with Red Hat Enterprise 4 systems and upgrading other systems from SuSE 9.3 to SuSE 10.1 along with several individual workstations. This included developing a cluster of IBM p510 servers by installing and configuring AIX 5.3. LPARs were designed for use with Oracle Financials databases and in-house developed business applications.
