WORK EXPERIENCE:
7 years above experience in Oil and Gas companies
Three years Worked in AGTL as a Mechanical Technician in Pakistan.
Worked with Descon Engineering Company in Dolphin Energy as Mechanical Technician in QATAR.
Dolphin Energy shutdown of Area 14B in QATAR as Mechanical supervisor.
Worked with Descon Engineering Company in RLPC (Raslafan Power Company) in Qatar.
Worked with Descon Engineering Company In Qatar petroleum “S”station” maintenance job.
Now I am working with Descon Engineering Company in Qatar Petroleum NGL-2 as a Mechanical Technician.
Centrifugal Compressors
In Qatar Petroleum I was involved in assembly, disassembly and overhauling activity of centrifugal compressor many times. Following activities were performed interstage and IGV seals clearance adjustment rotor centering and modified coupling installation. I am fully aware about the functions of all components of centrifugal compressor and its trouble shooting.
STEAM TURBINE
I am fully aware of maintenance procedure of steam turbine and trouble shooting.Also know about daily bases inspection of Steam Turbine.
CENTRIFUGAL PUMP
I have performed maintenance of centrifugal pumps Both beam type and over hung multistage independently. I have enough knowledge of trouble shooting. I can install mechanical seal.
MISCELLANEOUS EQUIPMENT
Beside working on major plant equipment I have working experience of those machine.
Gear boxes cooling tower fan diaphragm pump v belts drives heavy duty blowers. Heat exchanger mechanical and chemical cleaning .gate valve and globe valve installation
