ACADEMIC PROJECT:

Project Title: Designing of a REMOTE CONTROL CURSOR

Team size: 4

Description: To design a processor for operating the movement of cursor by using a wireless device. The aim of this project is to develop an automated system to control all the operations of the key board and the mouse.

We made the remote access of Directional keys, Start window, Close window and an Enter key.

The project is combination of two sections divided on the basis of wireless communications of IR. The first section deals with the monitoring part of controller which is serially interfaced to the PC through RS232 and MAX232. The second section deals with the Remote consisting of 10 keys performing 12 different operations using IR communication which also acts as a transmitter.

ACHIVEMENTS:

Received 1st prize in quiz competition at school level.

Organized several workshops on MATLAB.

Participated in National Level Student Paper Presentation contest and given a presentation on “AGUMENTED REALITY” in TechnoVISTA-2k13.
