->Operations and Maintenance as per instruction

->Responsible for MRO (Material Requisition orders),according to break downs or preventive maintenance of WEC.

->Trouble shooting of Mechanical error (Bearing,Gear boxes,Rotor,Hub,Ladder,& all types of mounting hardware ..etc ) of WEC.

->Operate Scada system used for monitoring/Controlling of WEC.

->Understanding Mechanical problems & rectification of WEC .

->Maintenance (Electrical,Mechanical,Grease in yearly basis), schedule preparation & Ensure the timely execution of PM. as per customer requirement.

->Customers interface and represent customer clarifications.

->Analysis of the system & give corrective feedback to central support for improving in site activities.

->Conducting perpetual inventory and ensure available of stocks as per spare provision plan.

->Executing preventive maintenance, design up gradations, etc. at respective sites

->Maintaining the documentation as per ISO&SQA Standards & for safety rules & regulations

->Conduct daily meeting for plan maintenance (PM/BM) activities.

->Implementation/maintain of Employees safety,Personal protective equipment.(PPE)

->Refurbishment of Mechanical component (Gear boxes & Hardware ).

->Plan trainings (TBT-Tool Box Talk) for improving the Technical skill (Generator,gear box, bearing,control panels) at site level.

->Man power handling & work distribution at site level.

->Prepare shift schedules/leave plan at site level.

->Conduct Preventive maintenance audits plan for continual improvement.

->Lead teams in attending Mechanical breakdowns/Preventive maintenance as per protoco
