Conceptual design of vibrational base compression spring.

PREVIOUS WORKING EXPERIENCE:

Experience of 1 year in the domain of Engineering Design in Tryambak Engineers from 2015 to 2016.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:-

Design and development of Punch and Die.

We used die inserts, because in any damage conditions we can replace those die inserts instead of whole die plate.

We manufactured two components in one tool those are cover plate & fitting plate.

Calculations to prove my design are technically correct. e.g. Cutting Clearance, Punch & die Calculation, Stripping Force etc.

Maintaining regular Coordination with other disciplines including Assembly, Quality control and vendor during all stages of the design and secured concurrence of all involved engineering personnel.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENT:-

Two components obtain in one tool (cover plate, Fitting plate).

Inserts are used instead of whole die plate.

Reduce cost of replacement whole die plate.

Modified stopper location & reduce operation of Notching.
