Local Operation Manager for Windstream Communications

Responsibilities included Management of 16 techs, ordering all truck stock/tools, installation completion/quality, performance reviews, scheduling, training, fleet repairs, customer relations, building maintenance, safety meetings, Coachings, PIP/PDP Documentation, & overseeing day to day business for the Carter County area.
Quality Control/Installation Supervisor for James Services Inc.
May 2011 to March 2014
Responsibilities included Management of 10 techs, ordering stock/supplies, calibration of all tools, scheduling the day to day activities, equipment ordering, and end of day reporting to Ericsson & At&t Mobility.
I was also responsible for the quality of installations in Kentucky and Tennessee. During my time in this position I had Ericsson & At&t Mobility do yearly audits on sites I was over.
Team Lead/Trainer for James Services Inc.
March 2009 to May 2011
I participated in installations, board adds (TX60 & ETMFX11), and installations on Ericsson equipment (3418, 3518, 3206, & 3106) for At&t Mobility in Kentucky and Tennessee. While on this project I was made team lead and was ask to train new hires in installations and integrations.
Installer for James Services Inc.
January 2008 to February 2009
Pre-Cabling project for At&t Mobility. Responsible for installing and terminating 25 pair cable from Spectrum Patch Panel to Telec Module at the RBS on Lucent equipment, in order to connect NIU and equipment in preparation for T1 expansion. Cat5 jumpers were used to connect from Patch Panel to NIU. In some cases jumpers were fabricated on site. Pictures were distributed with daily reports to relevant team members.

November 2002 to December 2007
Cabling projects for large retail stores, restaurants, banks, and call centers. Installed and terminated Cat5 and fiber optic cables to computers, cash registers, routers, and switches. Worked with store planners, project managers, and project coordinators to make sure all work was done to meet the customer’s standards.
