Procurement Specialist (MROs)
In charge of all operations, services, and spares procurement of the WHO cGMP plants located in Ogun State and serve as safety valve between Plants and Head Office.
Responsible for Technical Tender/Bid evaluation for the WHO –Certified Gmp Plant at Ota in the three technological driven factories (Pharmaceutical, Noodles Factory and Beverage factory.
Lead the delivery of cost saving on strategic product and consumables across the plant.
Contract drafting & negotiation of SLA and SMC for generating sets, steam boilers, HVAC cooling lines, AHU, air-conditioners, Folk-lift & Kobe- lion & atlas-Copco air compressors and laboratory equipments in the three factories.
Champion suppliers/contractors’ performance appraisals to ensure they are credible and best in class to work May & Bakers’ plants.
Act as intermediary between vendors and user departments to resolve contractual problems relating to technical specifications, late delivery, price discrepancies and product quality issues.
