Involved with bringing up databases in a Disaster Recovery remote site (SunGard).

Partnered with SunGard in creating Disaster recovery plans for the infrastructure teams. The plans were kept in the SunGard database (Paragon) which could be accessed by the teams remotely.

Scheduled two Disaster Recovery tests a year approved by management. The first test would be just for laying down the infrastructure on the offsite data center to get the timings. The second test we would bring in the application teams and users to verify the results. The document would include lessons learnt and signed off by management.
