This project entailed the demo and re-construction of all elevated walkways, and balconies on 9 podium buildings of 57 units each. The buildings were all fully occupied which makes the work far more complicated. Rick demonstrated the technical knowledge and more importantly the leadership skills and flexible attitude this type of work requires.
