Revised and repaired electrical, gas, and vacuum issues on multimillion dollar electro-mechanical systems (via schematics, drawings and models provided in the SAP program). Observed tool build requirements for these silicon wafer systems and requested additional or replacement parts as necessary

Integration and Test Engineer for JPSS (Contract position)
Performed Low and High Power Radio Frequency (RF) testing, calibration (ports and waveguides), and setup through the use of an HPA, PNA, and RF calibration tools. Co-created and evaluated RF test procedure
Wired and verified electrical circuits comprised of Test Fixtures, uninterrupted power supplies (U.P.S.), GCE control boxes, Thermal couples, commanding computer consoles, etc.. Electrical wires were soldered, clamped, shrink-wrapped, terminated and then routed to Limit Controllers and Data Acquisition Systems outside of the vacuum chamber
Attended and contributed to engineering design meetings where structural changes were needed
Developed and ran motion profiles for Gimbal Motor Assemblies, loaded and validated parameters for the Gimbal Motors, and commanded Gimbal Motors as necessary through a Graphic User Interface on a computer console (checking clearance, Satellite Orbit simulation, power draw, motor speed, smoothness of motion, etc.)
