Lead Building Maintenance Tech. APR 2016 to FEB 2017

On a day to day basis, I would check all vital heating and cooling for 3 buildings. East wing, West wing and the Clubhouse facility. This included hydronic water boilers, domestic hot water heaters, rooftop PRV’s and AHU’s. Pumps, filters, and motors, as well as life safety panels and security doors.

I would do all necessary testing, cleaning, and servicing of the indoor pool and hot tub.

I would complete and record day to day work orders.

I underwent 2 REAC inspections.

Responsible for all underground garage and storage repair. Including entry door, entry and exit controls, waste plumbing lines, hangers and cleanouts. As well as sump pumps sand pits and elevator inspections.

Repair of individual apartment heating controls. Thermostat, water valve, and control motor.

Repair, cleaning and replacement of unit AC’s.

Removal of all snow and ice buildup on walkways and driveways. As well as upkeep and repair of all equipment.

Building Maintenance Engineer 2 MAR 2010 to DEC 2015

Responsible for ALL forms of building maintenance at 2 institutional buildings. Including one secure facility. Including, but not limited to:

Maintenance and PMCS checks on all building heating, cooling and ventilation systems AND controls. Including: Steam boilers and all accessory tanks, traps and pumps. PRV’s, AHU’s and all belts, motors, filters and dampers. Pneumatic controls and all lines, thermostats, compressor, air dryer and oil separators.

Completed and logged day to day work orders. Dealing with plumbing, electric, drywall and painting repairs. As well as repairs to commercial laundry and kitchen equipment.

Responsible for ALL upkeep and landscaping of 77 acres of wooded grounds and fields. Including snow removal. As well as repairs to any equipment used in grounds keeping. I am proficient with most hand and power tools as well as lawn and snow equipment from whippers mowers and chainsaws, to tractors and snowplows.

Dealt with vendors, contractors, bids, budgets, purchase orders, purchase cards and parts inventory.

Responsible for all life safety: Fire panels, extinguisher checks, sprinkler system, pull stations and detectors.

Responsible for ALL forms of building maintenance on 3 separate senior living buildings. Including, but not limited to:

Including: Staged boilers, baseboard valves, PRV’s, AHU’s and all belts pulleys, motors, filters and dampers. Water heaters and softeners. Split air conditioner systems.

Completed day to day work orders dealing with plumbing, electrical, drywall and painting repairs. As well as repairs to laundry and kitchen equipment. As well as lighting, alarm systems, and security doors.

Responsible for grounds upkeep and snow removal.

Acted as Building Supervisor in Chiefs absence. (Supervisor gone due to travel.)

Responsible for all forms of hospital maintenance. Including, but not limited to:
