•City of Las Cruces Water Quality Laboratory, NM, (2016), Project Construction Manager and Project Engineer: This work consisted of the site development, grading and drainage, utility design, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan and construction management and administration. This municipal structure was designed to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design standards.
•Burn Lake Parking Lot Design, Las Cruces, NM, (2016), Project and Construction Manager: Grading and drainage design of a parking lot, prepare bid documents, and construction cost estimates for this project and construction management.
•Union Pacific Railroad Alfalfa Site El Paso, TX (2015)
Construction Management, New Yard Office Bldg.
Liaison between the architect and the City of El Paso to procure building permits for the construction of a new rail road warehouse.
•Oria Del Rio Subdivision, Truth or Consequences, NM (2000)
Successfully designed and project managed a project for a 96 lot subdivision situated on the banks of the Rio Grande River. This project consisted of a low pressure/grinder pump sewer system that pumped, via a 6” sewer force main, effluent underneath the river connecting to the City system. Also, a 1-1/2” gas and a 6” water line were designed to cross underneath the river. All 404/401 permits were procured.
•170 lot RV Park for the Yavapai Apache Nation – North of Camp Verde, AZ (2001)
Project engineer responsible for the lay-out, grading, drainage and utility design. A large watershed flowed thru the middle of the existing site. The site was raised and modifications to the streams were made to accommodate the flows. All designs were coordinated with the tribe, the state and the county engineer.

Project engineer responsible for the structural design for all metal buildings and storage towers. Also responsible for engineering construction inspection for the client.
•Las Cruces Dental Plaza, Las Cruces, NM, (2016), Engineering Consultant:
Created the Concept Plan for this Planned Unit Development and represented the client at the Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council meetings.
•Olam Spices and Vegetables, Las Cruces, NM, (2016), Project Manager and Engineer:
Reviewed and consulted with Olam Spices and Vegetables to upgrade their existing Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan and provided stormwater pollution prevention training.
•Holiday Inn Express, Artesia, NM, (2015), Project Manager and Engineer-in-Charge:
Work consisted of grading, drainage, and infrastructure design of this hotel. He worked closely with the City’s Engineering Department to meet local drainage regulations.
•Compound at Rancho Lomas, Las Cruces, NM, (2015), Project Manager and Engineer: Designed a large-lot subdivision with extreme terrain challenges. The work consisted of developing a complete set of working drawings and a construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan.
•Elephant Butte Street Rehabilitation, Elephant Butte, NM, (2014), Project Manager and Engineer: Work for this project consisted of re-designing a roadway network, right-of-way determination, and topographic survey in a flood-prone subdivision. This included a drainage report and underground stormwater storage system design.
•Village of Magdalena, NM, (2014), Project Manager:
Prepared a Preliminary Engineering Report and Water Conservation Plan for the Village as an Environmental Protection Agency requirement to upgrade the water system.
•Close Road Bridge, Village of Ruidoso, NM, 2014, Project Manager:
Prepared a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan and provided construction management and administration, bid documents, and construction specifications and drawings for this project.
