Description: An Epos system is simply a combination of Epos hardware and Epos software which when used together provide an effective business solution. EPOS system provides to Merchant to get online and offline payments from customer during purchasing the goods. EPOS system process starts with reading the card of customers and get validate from acquire and card issuer and block the money from customer account to merchant account. EPOS provides full securely transaction payment using Point to point encryption way where each transaction are processed with in secure network and with DUKPT algorithm.

Description: Barcode application can be classified in two parts certification and compliance. It provides functionality to vendor, DC user and operational user. Barcode application is to allow completing their certification process to start business with Sears holding Corporation. Basically there are five process to start the business first vendor makes the payments and then takes the training from barcode certification application. Once training is completed vendor will be able to upload digital sample and Operation team will review This uploaded digital label sample once its passed by operational team now final step that need to physical sample upload after completing this process vendor is now able to start business with Sears holding corporation.

Description: Vendor on boarding application is invoked whenever a new or existing domestic merchandised vendor starts its relationship with Sears holding corporation. There is process which needs to be followed to successfully on board this vendor. Vendor on boarding application simplifies that process and streamline the collection of vendor details as well as touching the legal aspects of this association. The system is also involved when the business needs to make changes to an existing vendor. In the context

of VOB, this will appear as a new vendor as uniqueness only exists at the workflow level. Any domestic merchandised vendor before it starts its association with Sears Holding Corporation has to agree to certain terms and conditions which would define the relationship between sears and that vendor. Vendor on boarding application is used to send invites to this vendor and asks then to fill certain details about and also asks them to agree to certain terms and conditions. Once the process is complete this vendor is said to successfully on board.
