Duties: Planned Task Observations, Pink Slips, Daily Management walkabout, and Inspect workplace before employees start to work and make sure that they signed Daily Safety Task Instruction and risk assessment. Supervisors must identify hazards and control measures for each and every task. I also inspect every equipment that the workers use on site.

Working at height from 1.5 meter level from the ground level. Make sure employees must wear safety harness and hook up if they use. Hand tools must be attached to a lanyard for preventing falling objects and if there are employees working on top, on bottom must have spotter or barricade.
