JOB PROFILE

To attend the preventive as well as breakdown maintenance related to electrical controlling and power wiring of plc automated lines,& AC Drives.

Operation and maintenance of circuit breakers and other equipments of such as TRANSFORMOR,ACB,VCB,ISOLATOR,CT,PT,RELAYS,BUSBAR etc.

Operation and maintenance power Transformers capacities of 60 MVA,24MVA,14MVA,8MVA,2MVA at 33KV,11KV voltage levels.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Working as a electrical maintenance in charge(shift incharge) in all three shift by controlling manpower with minimum break down planning and scheduling.

Reduce break down time, increases efficiency and provide the maximum furnace availability from electrical point of view.

Preventive maintenance and Trouble-shooting of various related equipment with process e.g.HT/LT Panels, PLC Panels, MCC Panels, AC Drive Panels .

Preventive Maintenance and Trouble-shooting maintenance of these equipments including Motors, Transformers, Breakers (ACB/VCB),Electrical panels, & other electrical switchgears.

Repair and maintenance of various electrical equipments such as plant lighting,UPS,Batterycharger,Controlvalbes,pressuretransmeter,proximityswitchs, Limit switch, PCS, BSS etc.

Academic Qualification:

Matriculation in the year 1998 under B.S.E, Orissa, with 50% marks from Purnapani Ispat High School.

Professional Qualification :

Diploma in Electrical Engineering in the year 2005 From S.E.S, Sundergarh under S.C.T.E & V.T, Orissa, in 1st Class with 62% .

INDUSTRIAL TRAINING :- (Vocational Training)

Industrial Automation training from C.T.T.C, Bhubaneswar.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Basic operating knowledge of windows based packages.

Basic knowledge of networking & Internet.
