EXPERIENCE

Thirty years of increasingly responsible positions within Carlin Manufacturing/Kitchens To Go Built by Carlin, a global leader in manufacturing modular and mobile kitchens for the private sector, healthcare, government, education, the military and nonprofit sectors. My experience includes engineering coordinator, sales coordinator and office administrator from 1988 to the present.

Engineering and Sales Team Coordination: Facilitate the accurate and timely flow of information between sales and operations. Assist the engineering, sales and operations units, and support three partners with administrative duties. Maintain Carlin/KTG new unit numbers. Assist with project pricing, create work orders and prepare contract packages for the sale of Carlin Units. Assist Operations with equipment pricing for purchasing.

Logistics: Obtain freight quotes for domestic and international shipments. Prepare and maintain Carlin/KTG’s documentation related to transportation, tracking and scheduling. Knowledgeable in documentation related to the Department of Motor Vehicles, California Housing and Community Development Agency, State of California dealer and manufacturer licenses for vehicles and modular buildings, and Out of State Vehicle Dealer and Manufacturers’ Licenses. Expert in Smart Sheet software.

Office Administration: Create operations manuals for every project company wide. Coordinate internal and external meetings, conference calls and special events. Maintain an organized office environment including all file management, equipment maintenance, office supplies. Manage staff travel logistics, and overnight shipping and mailing. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Customer Service: Establish positive impressions and strong working relationships with clients, and vendors through personal contact, written communication and phone contact.

Public Relations: Coordinate results-driven trade show participation, including appropriate literature, displays and lead follow-up.
