HR ANALYST

Provide support to the ONV US sites, Global Quality, Global MS&A, Global M&A Teams by running reports, compiling, tracking, analyzing, and presenting HR data in explicit and concise formats

Weekly, biweekly, and monthly reporting. Compile, provide analysis and projections on fulltime and temporary headcount, business reviews, attritions, CAPs, PIP progress, conversions, recruiting, etc. Partner with Shared Services and Finance to ensure the data and numbers are accurate

Assist in the management of the headcount approval process that aligns with headcount CAP processes in place
