ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing the workpacks for PM & CM jobs of 90DLA/14DLA/3DLA
Submitted the workpacks & legal documents which is related to planned and unplanned jobs in advance to PTSW
Daily supervison at site for the planning & preparing method statements,job hazard analysis for planned scheduled jobs
Obtain permit dailywise for planned & unplanned PM and CM jobs
Conduct tool box talk,Manpower allocation & materials arrangements for planned and unplanned PM / CM jobs
Co-ordination with other work centres for planned & unplanned jobs
Co-ordination with clients with in own & other main work centres
Maintaining the integrity of plants,equipments in planned & unplanned activities
Maintenance schedule co-ordination with clients & operation and maintenance co-ordinator
Attending the planning meeting daily / weekly
Daily updation of 3DLA jobs in PRIMAVERA-6(P6)
Ensure availability of adequate supplies of stores and spare parts required to PM & CM jobs
Obtain & Controls Electrical isolation certificates and work permits in accordance with compliance
Support & impleneting the MOC(Management of change) for modification jobs
Co-ordination with vendor personnel for PM & CM activities
Co-ordination with central maintenance team for relay testing activities in HV electrical equipments

Diagnoses and rectifies electrical faults in HV/LV electrical equipments in on site or in workshop
Involved in the commissioning of HV/LV equipments and providing technical supports during any fault / malfunctioning
Monitoring alarms in ENMC(HV) / IMCS(LV) panels
Diagnoses and controls the faults in heat tracing circuits,plant emergency normal lightings systems and fire water systems
Diagnoses the faulty cables & locations by current injection kits for HV/LV cables
Electrical maintenance of transformers upto 50MVA in 110KV,33KV,11KV & 690V level
Electrical maintenance of 5MW 6.6KV EDG’s & 1.25MW 415V EDG’s
Electrical maintenance of 33KV GIS,11KV,6.6KV,690V,415V ABB MNS/MCS/ZS1/ZX2 & KIRLOSKER,SIEMENS switch gears
