TITLE: Secure and efficient bulk data transfer through various data centers

DESCRIPTION: The load rebalancing problem in distributed file system specialized for large scale, dynamic and data intensive clouds. A challenge arises on how to schedule the bulk data transfer at different urgency levels, in order to fully utilize the available inter-datacenter bandwidth.
