Job experience in Currently working as chemical Engineer in ION Exchange Ltd, UAE: Handling our site in Emirates steel, Utility department. From may 2015 to

present Chemical Analysis in cooling tower, boiler and monitoring, giving

necessary data and suggestion to operator to take certain action.

Chemical and water analysis done by lab using equipment such as ph meter, conductivity meter spectrometer, gas chromatography,turbidity meter etc.

Analyzing chemical such as phosphate, nitrite, DEHA, and gas such as H2, CO2, CO using spectrometer and gas chromatography.

Preparing daily analysis report and adding necessary comments and action

required, sending to client.

Cooperating with shut down works related cooling tower, boiler, sand filter

and pipe lines.

Communicating with client such as operator,supervisor and section head.

Maintaining calibration records, lab SOPS, etc.

Conducting toolbox talk inside and outside of the lab.

Conducting safety class .

Preparing monthly report and chemical consumption in excel sheet.

Plots values in excel graph.

Computer & Very good computer skills in MS Office products . Internet Skills:

Work with Software to implement Chemical calculations, making excel Sheet, excel graph and preparing monthly and chemical consumption reports.
