Key Projects

KONE, INC. – Managed as well as drove 15 + projects to full life cycle. Projects ranged from $3M to $10M. Performed all duties within the Project Life Cycle, which included Project Initiation, Project Planning, Project Execution and Project Closure. Results: Project scopes were met, and implementations were performed per the project timeline and budget.

Alcatel Lucent – Managed projects in the Southeast Region, projects range from $30k to $500k and a team of 12 Installers and Testers. Collaborated with both Clients and Project Managers to create scope of work, budget, and project timeline. Managed installation team to the final phase of turning the system on air. Results: Project scopes were met, and implementations were performed per the project timeline and budget.

Tempest Telecom – Managed projects in the California and Atlanta that ranged from $100k to $2M. Managed a team of Installers, Technicians, Construction Managers, Client Project Managers and Vendors.
