IT Manager – Infrastructure Capacity Management July 2013 – September 2017

Works in collaboration with line of business owners, finance, procurement and technology operators to develop, review, communicate and execute on capital asset requirements.

Lead various size projects from concept to implementation including the standardization of video surveillance software and equipment, physical access control readers, standardization of desktop support services, and consolidation and migration of equipment of software.

Works in collaboration with Portfolio and Project Management division to ensure resources and service availability including budgeting for hardware and software needs.

Data Center Manager – Hardware Support April 2009 – July 2013

Direct a staff of thirteen high performing professionals across three data centers tasked with providing 24/7 availability including equipment installation and cabling (Cat5, Cat6, Fiber OM3/OM4, 10Gig, 40 Gig) for approximately 60,000 square feet of raised floor data center space.
