Hello, my name is Michael Major. I have been working in the Restaurant business
for over 20 years. I have 10 years of management experience working with cost controls, scheduling, marketing, sales planning. I have also worked in senior living And recently, corporate catering, where I have been a grill cook the past 8 years. I enjoy working with my co-workers and serving our customers. I learned long ago, that there are three things to make a restaurant successful. Provide a great quality product, excellent customer service, and a clean working environment; I believe that is still true today. I am 57 years young, and married for 30 years. My daughter is in the air force at fort brag, and is a staff sergeant. We are grandparents of a 3 year old boy. Our son lives in Raleigh, and works in computer security. My wife and I recently moved to Spring Lake a month ago from Michigan. I am a family man, i work hard, and my work ethic is strong.
