Worked as service engg in ACTION CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT LTD for looking after warranty & post warranty service of heavy hydraulic construction machine like compactor,grader and backholoader since jan 2010 to march 30 2015 .in Rajasthan.Territory.

Working as service manager from april 2015 to till date in dealer of ACE,jaipur. Looking all types of heavy earth moving equipment.

Overall execution & supervision of work assigned by superiors and seniors.

Day to day fabrication and erection work.

Follow up the project work, undertake Troubleshooting and report on progress of the project.

To check out the quality of the welding works and all works done by contractors.

Making collect the progress reports of all works daily.

Maintaining Proper documents of material received and used at site.

Checking of the progressive bills raised by the contractors.

Implementing the safety procedures at site etc.

Trouble shooting of Screw Compressor

Maintenance & Servicing of Vibratory Soil Compactors (SD100, SD110, SD 150)

Making and maintaining formats of all m/cs for daily Break down records, daily status of all machines, and daily progress report of all M/cs & Maintain Stock reports.

Responsible for keeping record of schedule maintenance and approval of warranty parts replacement.

Responsible for keeping record of each machine working in Rajasthan.

Responsible for correspondence with customers in Rajasthan and solving there problem regarding the machine.
