Supervising 1- 50 employees at one job site, which includes assigning tasks, overseeing their work, tracking their hours and verifying their time coincides with the project schedule.

Training employees. Teaching them my learned methods of the trade.

Attending weekly foreman meetings with all trades to discuss progress and schedule. Filling out dailies and T&M sheets.

Attending daily staff meetings.

Education

Four years Apprenticeship at Rio Hondo College Graduate and State Certified.

Experienced working with inspectors, vendors, and engineers. Ability to understand and work with blueprints/mechanical drawings.
