Project Management:

Managed re-platforming of company website to Magento 2.0/2.1

oFor the cost of implementing 10 features under the old platform, Magento was able to implement 100+ features

Integrated website orders, shipment details, and product information into Oracle

oCreated faster and more efficient order fulfillment, accounting management, inventory analysis, and consistency of data

oDesigned and implemented solution for warranty management that leveraged out of the box extensions, as well as integrated well with the backend Oracle EBS solution, saving an estimated $50,000 on customizations.
