Payroll (Odoo V10)

Payroll application developed in Odoo. HRM module modified to get payroll related information. Payroll process can be done from biometric data and timesheet data. Employee work days can be scheduled and employees shift can be configured. Biometric data will be imported every 10 minutes based on cron configuration. Based on biometric information timesheet entries will be created automatically, also late and overtime calculations will be done. During payroll process, employee salary, overtime, OT and deductions along CPF will be created. Also IR8A information that are entered in the payroll will can be submitted directly to the government via API. Responsibilities:

Designed and developed to track security guards while they are patrolling. Security guards are provided an android app that works both online and offline. Security guards can clock as they visit each check point. Locations of security guards are logged continuously. App provides feature to report if any incident has taken place, can attach photos of the incident. Security guards can use watch mode to record their patrol and will be uploaded to server. All they data acquired while offline is sent to the server as soon as the device is online. Also live CCTV camera feeds are given directly to the app. Security guards are provided when their next patrol time and notified with the same. Also security guards can put their attendance from the app. All the information from the android device are sent to Odoo and can be viewed and modified in Odoo. Responsibilities:

Odoo Task Integration (Odoo V10, ANDROID)

Development of task management app for employees. With this app employees can view all the tasks that is allocated to them. All the changes done in the app is synced with Odoo. Responsibilities:

Drive U Home is a taxi booking application. Customers can sign up and book taxi using a mobile app. Drivers are provided with a mobile app. Once customer books a taxi, it is allocated to the nearest taxi driver who is free. Customers can track current position of the driver real time. Customers can view the distance travelled and can make payment directly via app using their credit/debit card.
