Communication
Head of the Stewardship committee, responsible for conducting and planning employee safety meetings, which included themes each month and food for 160 employees on multiple shifts, responsible for any communication amongst the facility, events or special occasions happening throughout the month.
Leadership
My leadership skills have played out in being able to lead our Stewardship committee in special projects in the community, such as rebuilding homes, planning, cheerleading employees to volunteer, able to lead by example to employees with professionalism, capable of handling stressful situations and being able to make decisions in a quick fashion.
Accomplishments
Gained trust and support of a 20 person management team, exceeded expectation getting employees engaged in meetings and complete safety tests in a timely manner, I have been devoted to the company and staff for 9 years, I have taken on more daily and still able to turn in assignments in more than acceptable fashion, as well as able to work under limited to no supervision. I have received recognition for my commitment and working abilities from the President and CEO of the company, also promoted to a Bottler Sensory Leader which handles another scope of work in our Manufacturing/ Quality side of the business.
