Obtained blood specimens by performing venipunctures and finger sticks always verifying patient identification first; Tracked collected specimens by initialing, dating, and noting times of collection;
Monitored glucose levels be performing bedside glucose tests, recording results and reporting to the Nurse Practitioner;
