My name is Cecil Mason I am a construction Project manager / Estimator, and Chief Estimator. I have been in construction for 34 years. I started as a carpenter and work up to a superintendent and worked as a superintendent for 18 years and then moved into the office and have been a project manager and Estimator for the last 15 years. I have estimated and managed jobs from $ 50,000 to 30 million.
I have worked in many programs in the construction Management and estimating (Word, excel, Primavera, Surtrac, MC2,Coins,Timberline, Job Power and Pay Dirt). I have experience in estimating and Project managing of Government work, Military work, Schools, commercial construction, Hospital work, Retail work, Design Build, Conceptual estimating, Hard bids, and negotiated work, Site work, Concrete work.
In the last 15 years I have had a weekly salary and I have had Health Insurance, Vacation Time, Sick days and Holidays. Was also provided Company Truck or Truck allowance and Gas card or mileage.
