Conducted robust and effective Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) analysis.
Analyzed and worked on various Manufacturing Drawings and processes.
Provided quality engineering support to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, government regulations, customer requirements, and company policies and procedures.
Worked with different customer source inspection to create FAI and final inspection reports according to the latest revision of AS9102 Rev B using Discus software and Net-Inspect.
Developed a new internal in process Quality Plans project using VBA Macros, Excel, SolidWorks Inspection and Discus.
Wrote an algorithm to automatically determine the sample size to be inspected based on the quantity and the classification of each dimension.
