Leads a major project to design and develop artificial intelligence system for an innovative Smart Home appliance.

Successfully managed $2M engagement with fortune 500 client from conception to delivery using Agile.

Architect – design processing strategies to improve AI system performance and reduce training times.

Implemented pre-processing data manipulation into DWH including developing a taxonomy scheme, performed Principle Component Analysis, dimensionality reduction, and Dropout in Python and TensorFlow to improve neural network speed by 300%. Also reduced training time and improved model performance (F1 score).

Doubled team size and developed modern on/offshore AI development capability.

Avanade Inc. 2013 to 2016

While serving as Delivery Lead for Japan and (interim) Delivery Lead for South Africa I was responsible for an $85M portfolio of projects including programs in data and analytics(BI, MDM, data quality and architecture), infrastructure/Azure, Dynamics AX, collaboration (SharePoint) and application development. I oversaw growth of more than 25% per annum and built project profitability from 80% of target to 102%.
