Provide second and third level ITS Customer Support to customers worldwide and for a variety of business areas

Troubleshoot and resolve customer's technical issues and providing desk-side support

Following prescribed measures and processes, escalate issues to and working toward solutions with all other areas of ITS when appropriate

Leverage knowledge base to resolve issues and adhere to departmental procedures

Interface with other groups and individuals in ITS to improve and document knowledge and processes

Following prescribed measures and processes, log and thoroughly document all work in an ITS ticketing system

Monitor and process tickets from work queue including an appropriate thoroughness of documentation
