Check wards and maintain adequate stock in their selves following the imprest lists.checkand receive the bulk stock supplied by companies and place on allocated selves, and sign in the entries in computer. Responsible of stock takes every month in dispensary, keep up to date the dispensary stock list. Liaise with the store manager and/or senior pharmacists regarding and supply problems. Non-Sterile Manufacturing Area: Prepare products according to the Department’s master formula records under supervision. Record all items prepared in the manufacturing logbook.
In Dispensary, Dispense prescriptions for outpatient in accordance with departmental policy. Prepare, send and monitor monthly accounts including protective office and workers compensation claims.
In Sterile & Cytotoxic Manufacturing Area, Maintain standard of aseptic technique as prescribed in the Policy and Procedures manual for the sterile manufacturing service and undergo 18 monthly validation of technique to assess standard. Prepare NIC TPN formulae daily under supervision. Perform sterility testing of batch products and have returned products when required.
