OPERATION MANAGER– (From 2016 June up to date) at Thambapanni Leisure (PVT) LTD, Unawatuna, Galle.

Responsible for the operation for all three properties – report to Managing Director and General Manager.

BANQUET MANAGER/FOOD AND BEAVERAGE OPERATION MANAGER – (2013 to 2016 Canada) Union Bank Inn Hotel Downtown Edmonton. Fully responsible for the entire operations in the banquet and food and beverage department and report to General Manager. During my stay some of the major duties as follows:

Handling meeting with Director Food and Beverage / Catering Manager / Director Sales and Marketing / Executive chef.

Human resources / Training and development/ labour cost + payroll / maintain standard operation procedures (SOP)

Beverage costing, purchasing, inventory controlling / Event summaries day to day operations and incident reports.

Guest relations, Business development and maintain highest levels of service standards. RESTAURANT MANAGER – (2008 – 2013 Canada) Sorrentinos Groups of Restaurants Downtown Edmonton.
