Project Description:

Client: Brisbane City Council (Australian Government Project) Description: Provides IDM Infrastructure support (production support) and maintenance of IDM servers and E-directories, OID, OAM, OIM, SOA, Weblogic. Working on Incidents, Service Requests, Change requests and delivering results within SLA. Key Products: Oracle IDAM, Novell IDM and SailPoint IIQ Current Roles & Responsibilities

As a Technical Consultant

Administration, support & maintenance of Oracle IDAM 11G R2 PS1 Architecture Oracle IDAM Administrator

Managing the Admin and Managed servers (Start/Stop/Troubleshoot IDAM services on OIM, Admin, OAM, OID, GPLDAP, SOA, WLS servers).

Performing everyday health check of Oracle IDAM servers like OIM, OID, OAM, Admin servers to make sure environment is stable.

Responsible for provisioning and de-provisioning of user in the Organisation (User life cycle management).

End user SSO/LAN password reset issues and checking password sync across all the target systems through connectors.

Reconciliation of users from targets into IDAM system.

Creation of application groups and providing access for authentication to oid servers.

Using SQL queries to update and fix the data or fetch data from database if required.

Troubleshooting data synchronisation related issues from idam to targets.

Installing and Configuring connectors.

Patching of the Oracle IDAM environment. (Installing critical security patches, Java (JDK) Patching, Weblogic Patching, SOA Patching)

Renewing SSL certificates on the servers.

Re-pointing idam connectors to new systems.

Verifying and testing whether the data generated from HR system database meets the requirement for provisioning or not in terms of format of CSV file and attribute details and checking the script.

Coordinating with the Oracle support vendor.

Hands on experience on Oracle User administration console, system administration console, weblogic console

Defining and updating password policies using OIM admin console.

Checking authentication of users with LDAP in order to log in with their password using LDAP browser.

LDAP/ Application account's creation, groups creation using Novell iManager.

CA, SSL and eDirectory certificate renewal on servers.

LDIF Script to add members in group, adding attributes to user objects.
