Currently working as Graduate Engineer Trainee in Production Department of IRA Industries Limited, Pune from, 20 May,2017 till date.

IRA Industries Ltd. Pune is a leading manufacturer of Trailers for transport applications, Containers, Bulkers, Two and Three wheeler Carriers and other commercial vehicle bodies. Trailers : From 23 ft to 40 ft - Flat Bed,Semi Low Bed, Low Bed, Skeletal, Sidewall and so on with tandem and Tradem axles.

Containers : 18 ft to 32 ft containers of various heights and load bodies. Two wheeler and Three wheeler Carriers : 2 wheelers & 3 wheeler carriers upto 40 ft. Bulkers : Bulkers from 23 cum to 37 cum capacity.

EXPERTISE

1) Knowledge about fabrication of Trailers, Tractor Carrier, Bike carrier, three wheeler Carrier, Tippers, Load Bodies & Bulkers.

2) Interacting with planning & purchase department. 3) Knowledge about the project Costing & Estimation of the Fabricated Components. 4) Prepare Material Planning of the project and to help procure raw material within the limit. 5) Adequately able to prepare BOM of the project & overall resource arrangement. 6) Very good practical knowledge about of all kinds Of sheet metal development, Heavy fabrication & Welding.

12) Obtain necessary deviation from vendor and communicate to Project/purchase for necessary PO. amendments.

Optimizing parametric properties of EDM machining for D2 Steel using copper electrode. The aims was to optimize the input parameter Ton,Toff, Current and Flushing pressure to its optimal data to gain maximum material removal rate and surface roughness and lower machine tool wear rate using Tauguchi method.

ACHIEVMENTS:

•DHE merit scholarship: from the Odisha based non profitable organization Foundation for meritorious performance.

•2nd in Quiz Competition in District Level conducted by State Bank Of India.

•Events: Received prizes and recognitions in several competition held in school and college level.
