He personal friend and mentor and in the fall of 2013 he asked if I could manage his studio as he prepared for his retirement. I served as his office manager, studio manager bookkeeper and personal assistant, allowing Mr. Foote to solely focus on his painting. In this role I made sure he had the supplies he needed, his bills were paid, all necessary material was prepared for his accountant, contracts were signed and freelance vendors were hired and paid. As Senior Manager COS, I was responsible for all aspects office services and facilities management in the New York and multiple remote offices. Starting in 10/2007 I concurrently held the position of Contract Manager. I worked at Paradysz until my position was eliminated after a corporate merger in 2007.

Metro Waterworks closed in 1/2007. Achievements

Claims Manager

Empire Office Equipment is the largest distributor of Steelcase Office Furniture in the World. As the claims Manager I was responsible for the receiving and inspection of all furniture. Maintaining warehouse inventory, freight claims, and managing the receiving and repair departments. I left EOE after an on the job injury. Achievement

● Reorganized a 5000 + client/ 100,000+ orders file system

● Developed and instituted new shipping, receiving and claims procedures to effect a 15% reduction in damages and a 46% reduction in loss through damages while maintaining receiving levels in excess of 3000 pcs/week

● Created and instituted new inventory procedures that reduced loss and dislocation of inventory by 96%.
