Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown Maintenance of Boiler, Compressors, Pump, ETP & STP.

Planning & scheduling of preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance of Plant Machine.

Co -ordination of men power planning for preventive & Predictive Maintenance.

Consumables & Spares consumption data recording, Maintain the critical parts stock level

Maintain the break down record & history card of different machines year,month & date wise

To attend the break down in Rice Milling Plant.

Projects:-

1. 100 TPH Paddy cleaning & Drawing Plant

2. Boiler -12 TPH, 20 TPH (Make Savior Boiler Ltd)

3. R.O Plant - 6 m3/hr, 15 m3/hr (Make-JSC)

4. Air Compressor -250 cfm, 500 cfm (Make- Atlas cop co)

Major Responsibilities:-

Fabrication & Erection work of Tanks, Bin, Belt conveyer, Chain Conveyer, Elevator, Pipe line, Air lock, and blower working plate form & Paddy, Rice machine.

Erection & Commissioning of Boiler & R.O Plant.

Alignment of Coupling, Pulley, Elevator, Motor, Airlock & Conveyor in Milling & Drawing Unit.

Make plant layout & equipment Drawing.

Make purchase & issue indent as per requirement in Projects.

Major Equipment Handled-:

Husk & Coal fired AFBC Boiler TBW Make, capacity 25 TPH at W.P. 66 kg/cm2 & S.H. steam temp. 490 5OC (DCS Control-ABB-Freelance-2005)

Total condensates require system in sella & Dryer plant.

Feed Pumps, Cooling Tower, Air Compressor .Air Dryer,Valves etc
