Manage systems for membership, including online/mobile banking, bill pay, website upgrades, and institutional fraud protection.
Create and implement Policies and procedures.
Network configuration, administration and troubleshooting(local and wide area), AIX system administration, MS Windows, Active Directory administration, configuration and management, Firewall administration, monitoring compliance of all software license agreements. Strengthened company's business by leading the IT portion of a merger. Review annually Business Continuity/Disaster recovery plan. Perform Security Awareness training annually for all staff. Consult and recommend on IT items to other members of management and Board of Directors. Request of Proposal development, evaluate and negotiate all technology proposals/contracts, agreements and reports, vendor selection due diligence reviews and relationship management. Prepare annual IT Budgets, Approve IT purchases.
